Mascot Arena is planned as a 13+ general-audience game. It is not directed to children under 13.

Information we collect

Gameplay and progress information

We may collect information needed to operate the game, including:

• anonymous player identifiers or account identifiers
• game progress, run history, stage clears, scores, upgrade choices, mascot progress, inventory, loadouts, virtual currency balances, reward ledgers, and similar gameplay state
• anti-cheat, fraud-prevention, and reward-verification records
• app events such as run starts, run completions, reward claims, crashes, errors, and performance diagnostics

Guest play and optional account linking

Mascot Arena is planned to allow guest play without requiring an email/password account.

If we add optional platform linking, such as Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android, we may receive identifiers and profile information from those services as needed to support cloud save, achievements, leaderboards, restore, or similar gameplay features. Those platform services may process information under their own privacy policies.

We do not currently plan to collect date of birth. Eligibility is handled through the 13+ requirement in this policy and the Terms of Service unless the account model changes later.

Support requests

If you contact us at support@rosterlytic.com, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, device details, and any account or player identifier you include.

Optional rewarded ads

Mascot Arena plans to use optional rewarded ads. You can choose whether to watch a rewarded ad. Rewarded ads may be used for rewards such as daily rewards, revives, or ticket top-ups.

Ad partners such as Google AdMob may collect or receive information including IP address, device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostic information, approximate location derived from IP address, and other advertising or fraud-prevention data.

Push notifications

Mascot Arena plans to support push notifications. If you allow notifications, we or our service providers may process notification tokens, device identifiers, notification permission state, and notification delivery or interaction data. Notifications may be used for game reminders, reward reminders, service messages, or other game-related updates.

You can disable notifications through your device settings.

Communication notifications for future clan, team, or direct-message features are not planned for launch. If social communication features are added later, this policy will be updated before those features ship.

Website information

When you visit mascotarena.com, we and our hosting or analytics providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, request logs, error logs, and similar website usage data. The website may use Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, hosting logs, and similar privacy-conscious tools.

How we use information

• operate Mascot Arena and save gameplay progress
• provide guest play, optional account linking, cloud save, achievements, leaderboards, or restore features if enabled
• grant, verify, and reconcile rewards
• detect cheating, fraud, abuse, or technical problems
• provide optional rewarded ads
• send notifications you allow
• respond to support requests
• improve stability, performance, gameplay balance, and user experience
• comply with law, store requirements, and platform policies

How we share information

• service providers that help us host, operate, analyze, support, or secure Mascot Arena
• platform providers such as Apple and Google, when you use platform features such as Game Center, Google Play Games, push notifications, app stores, or device services
• advertising partners, including Google AdMob, for optional rewarded ads, advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and reward verification
• authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to enforce our terms
• successors if Mascot Arena or Rosterlytic LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information as part of the planned launch model.

Social features and user content

Mascot Arena may add clans, teams, guilds, chat, invites, or other in-app communication later. These features are not planned for launch.

If social communication features are added, they may involve user-generated content, team membership, messages, reports, blocked-user lists, and moderation records. We will update this policy, the Terms of Service, store disclosures, and safety tooling before those features ship.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Mascot Arena, provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud or cheating, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups.

• gameplay and progress data: retained while your guest profile or linked account remains active
• reward and anti-fraud ledgers: retained as needed to verify rewards, prevent abuse, and satisfy operational requirements
• support messages: retained as needed to respond and maintain support history
• logs, diagnostics, and backups: retained for limited operational periods unless needed longer for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance reasons

Deletion and privacy requests

You may request deletion, export, or privacy help by emailing support@rosterlytic.com.

Use the subject line "Mascot Arena privacy request" and include any player ID, account ID, Game Center nickname, Google Play Games profile information, or support details needed to identify your data.

Deletion may not remove information we are required or permitted to keep for legal, security, anti-fraud, accounting, or operational reasons. Where possible, retained records will be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

Your choices

• play as a guest if the launch build keeps guest play enabled
• choose whether to link platform accounts if optional linking is offered
• choose whether to watch rewarded ads
• manage notification permissions in your device settings
• use platform privacy settings for Game Center, Google Play Games, advertising identifiers, and similar services
• contact us to request access, deletion, correction, export, or privacy help

Children

Mascot Arena is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use Mascot Arena, or older if your country requires a higher minimum age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it or take other appropriate steps.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International users

Mascot Arena may be operated from the United States and may use service providers in the United States and other countries. Information may be processed in countries with laws different from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Mascot Arena develops. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice through the website, app, or other appropriate means.
