Eligibility

Mascot Arena is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or older if the law in their country requires a higher minimum age for online services. Do not use Mascot Arena if you are under the applicable minimum age.

Mascot Arena is not directed to children under 13 and is not offered as an Apple Kids category or Google Play Families-targeted product.

Guest play and optional account linking

Mascot Arena is planned to allow guest play without requiring an email/password account.

We may offer optional platform linking later, such as Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android, for cloud save, achievements, leaderboards, restore, or similar features. If you use those platform services, their terms and privacy policies also apply.

You are responsible for maintaining access to any device, platform account, or linked account used to save or restore your progress.

License to use Mascot Arena

Rosterlytic LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mascot Arena for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

You do not own Mascot Arena, its code, artwork, characters, mascots, enemies, names, game systems, content, or virtual items.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, tamper with game systems, or interfere with reward verification
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create unauthorized versions of Mascot Arena except where applicable law allows
• attack, overload, scan, scrape, or disrupt our services
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• use Mascot Arena for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• attempt to sell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit access, progress, rewards, or virtual items without our permission

We may suspend, limit, reset, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused reward systems, harmed other users, or created security, legal, or operational risk.

Virtual items and rewards

Mascot Arena may include virtual items, rewards, currencies, tickets, upgrades, cosmetics, unlocks, progress, inventory, leaderboards, achievements, or similar game content.

• have no cash value
• are licensed, not sold
• are usable only inside Mascot Arena
• are not transferable outside the game
• cannot be redeemed for money or anything of monetary value
• may be changed, balanced, limited, reset, suspended, or removed as the game evolves

Rewarded ads

Mascot Arena plans to use optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads should state the reward before the ad starts.

Rewards may be denied, delayed, adjusted, or reversed if:

• the ad is unavailable
• the ad is not completed
• the ad partner does not verify completion
• there is a technical error
• the request appears fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or abusive

Rewarded ads are not required to play.

Payments and in-app purchases

Mascot Arena is planned to launch free with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid cosmetics, paid battle pass, paid ad-free tier, or paid random rewards.

If paid digital features are added later, they must be offered through the applicable app store purchase system, such as Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit or Google Play Billing, unless an applicable platform rule permits another method.

Paid random rewards, paid loot boxes, paid gacha, paid mystery chests, paid random shard drops, or paid chance-based item grants are not allowed under the current Mascot Arena roadmap.

If paid features are added later, these Terms, store disclosures, and in-app purchase details must be updated before the paid features are offered.

Push notifications

Mascot Arena may ask permission to send push notifications for game reminders, reward reminders, service messages, or other game-related updates.

You can manage or disable notifications in your device settings.

Communication notifications for future clan, team, or direct-message features are not planned for launch. If communication features are added, they must meet the social and user-generated-content requirements described below.

Social features and user content

Mascot Arena may add clans, teams, guilds, chat, invites, messages, clan posts, shared names, or other social features later. These features are not planned for launch.

If social or user-generated-content features are added, users must follow additional rules. Users may not submit, post, send, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, spam, malware, personal information of others, or otherwise harmful.

Before any user communication or user-generated content ships, Mascot Arena must provide appropriate safety tooling, including moderation, objectionable-content handling, user/content reporting, blocking, abuse response processes, and updated privacy/store disclosures.

We may remove content, limit social features, suspend users, or report activity where needed to operate and protect the game.

App stores and platform terms

Your use of Mascot Arena may also be governed by the terms of the app store or platform where you downloaded the game, including Apple, Google, Game Center, Google Play Games, AdMob, or related platform services.

If platform terms conflict with these Terms, the platform terms may control for platform-specific matters.

Intellectual property

Mascot Arena, including its name, logos, characters, mascots, enemies, artwork, gameplay systems, software, text, designs, and other content, is owned by Rosterlytic LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Changes to the game

Mascot Arena is in development and may change over time. We may add, remove, rebalance, rename, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, rewards, virtual items, stages, mascots, enemies, events, or services.

We are not required to continue supporting any particular feature, reward, balance state, or virtual item forever.

Termination

You may stop using Mascot Arena at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to Mascot Arena, reset progress, remove rewards, or limit features if we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law, or operate the game.

Disclaimers

Mascot Arena is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific rewards, specific availability, or that the game will meet every expectation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosterlytic LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost progress, lost virtual items, or loss of goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Mascot Arena develops. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or another appropriate method. Continued use of Mascot Arena after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
